Please share your views on our worship…
As we emerge from the pandemic, as we set a new vision for our church, and as we recruit a new Director of Music, now is the moment we’d like to hear your views on different aspects of our WorshipClick here to open the survey.  It is quite detailed and wide ranging and takes about 20 minutes to complete, so you might like to make yourself a cup of tea, coffee (or a glass of something stronger) as you prepare to share your views.
We will prayerfully consider the feedback we receive as we set the direction for our worship in the coming years.

The survey is anonymous, but please only complete it once per person!!!

Parish BBQ at The Rectory,
Sunday 4th September,
12:30pm – 3pm.

The Parish BBQ last year was a most wonderful success with over 100 people linked to our churches attending on a sunny Sunday afternoon.  We hope you will come along this year.  We will provide burgers, sausages, buns, beer, wine and soft drinks.  Click here if you are coming (it really helps our planning).  We’d love it if you could bring either a salad or a pudding to share.

Helping build our Charity Partnerships
Over five years ago we chose to work in partnership with four charities helping Vulnerable Children.  Clare Mackay, David Perch and Karl Fenwick worked as our Charity Partnership Team to build our relationships with these charities and over the years we have supported them very generously.  We need to review the charities we support, keeping the focus on Vulnerable Children and making sure we have a balance of international, national, and local organisations.  After years of service, Clare, David, and Karl have all stepped down so we are looking for people to help develop our relationship with our charity partners.  This will include organising visiting speakers and promoting prayer and financial support for them.  If you are interested in helping with this, click here to email your details to Richard.  The first meeting of the new team will be at 7:30pm on Wednesday 14th September.

PARISH COMMUNION SERVICE
Join us in St Helen’s Church for our Parish Communion Service at 10am.  If you can’t join us in church, please join us online.  Click here or on the image above for the YouTube link or click here to view from our website.

Please continue to support the Community Larder

Thank you for keeping the larder stocked with fresh and store cupboard food. If donating fresh food please check ‘use by’ dates and that ingredients are listed. We will need regular top-ups over the summer holidays – please consider donating what you would like to see in your own fridge or larder that would contribute towards making a healthy meal. Items should be in original sealed packaging as we need to abide by health and safety regulations.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate financially then please make a card reader payment (in church) or online donation (click here). Please feel free to share the details with local WhatsApp groups or anyone else you think may like to donate.
