Sunday’s Service
Join us in St Helen’s Church for our new-style All Age Communion Service at 10am. The children will be helping prepare our table and lead the prayers and we will all learn from a Bible story. If you can’t join us in church, please join us online. Click here or on the image above for the YouTube link.

From 3rd September to 1st October we are celebrating the Season of Creation along with many other churches across the world. Click here or on the image to watch the video which was shared in our service on Sunday. To see subtitles, click on the CC symbol at the bottom of the video.

Reader Licensing Service
St Albans Abbey 2.30pm Sunday, September 24th 2023

On Sunday September 24th Linda Thomas, our Children and Families Minister, will be licensed as a Licensed Lay Minister (Reader) by Bishop Jane. Everyone is welcome. Please note, there is a Food Festival running in St Albans in the afternoon, with St Peter Street closed, so please allow plenty of time for parking!

BOOK TALK
If you enjoy talking about books you might read or have read, then the following group might suit you.

On the fourth Monday of each month at 9.45am until 11.15am at Coffee in the Chancel, you are invited to join others over a cup of coffee to chat and share your reading experiences. This will be fairly informal and you can drop in and out as you wish.

The next occasion will be on Monday 25th September. We look forward to seeing you there.

Ink Cartridge Recycling

Do continue to bring in your ink cartridges to St Helen’s Church! Do your bit to save the planet  – just pop them into the box in the Chancel.

*Please note: we can only recycle ink cartridges, not laser or toner cartridges
