START OF BRITISH SUMMER TIME – SUNDAY 27TH MARCH

Pray: The Anglican congregation in Kyiv, capital of Ukraine, has asked Anglicans to pray for peace. Join us in prayer for Ukraine at St Helen’s Church – there is a prayer station in the crossing, alongside space for people to reflect. Available during opening hours.

Act: Whilst our prayers are an important first step, we want to take action as well as we respond. Please visit our webpage to see how you can help.

Give: We encourage you to give generously provide aid in Ukraine and support the millions of refugees. To give via the Red Cross and the Disaster Emergency Committee click this link or on the image above.  St Albans Diocese has also established a fund which will be used to provide immediate financial support for refugees arriving in the Diocese.  You can find details here.

SERVICES ON SUNDAY
This Sunday is Mothering Sunday.  If your friends or neighbours used to come to church, why not take this opportunity to invite them back to Church.

LENT EVENSONG
SUNDAY 27th MARCH

We have the perfect way of winding down from (or avoiding) the busyness of Mothering Sunday: our Lent Evensong. Peaceful reflective music from our choir, beautiful hymns and ancient words may provide a respite from the mad world in which we’re living at this time. Please feel free to join us at 6pm for this hour long service – and invite anyone you think might be interested.
