SUNDAY’S SERVICE

Join us in St Helen’s Church for our Parish Communion Service at 10am.  If you can’t join us in church, please join us online.  Click here or on the image above for the YouTube link or click here to view from our website.
Each Sunday we have someone, or sometimes two people, to lead the Prayers of Intercession during our 10am Service.  We are looking for people willing to join the rota of those who lead these prayers.  The rota is organised well in advance and it’s possible to swap if you have other commitments and you can be paired up with someone experienced if you wish.

Come along to a training session after church on Sunday 22nd January to find out what is involved.  email Richard to let him know you are coming, or if you are interested in finding out more, but can’t make the workshop.

Week of Prayer
The gathering for prayer will be at St Thomas More next Tuesday 24th January at 12.00pm.  The theme is racial justice and the time of prayer will last 30 minutes and be led by a member of each of our 3 churches. This will include Bible Readings and  short meditations on the theme and prayer.

Pancake Party
We are organising a pancake party for all-ages on Shrove Tuesday (21st February) from 5pm at the Chapel Halls.  Like the Summer BBQ, this is a great way to express the unity in our church family and mix with members of different congregations and all ages. Put the date in your diary and let us know if you’d like to help.
