SERVICES ON SUNDAY

 
Join us at 10am for our All Age Communion Service. This week, in the lead us to our annual Harvest Service (Sun 2nd Oct), we focus on care for creation.

There will be a Civic Service commemorating the Queen at 4pm. 

Remembering Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the peace of St Helen’s Church which is open between 9am-5pm , there will be prayer resources available and the opportunity to light a candle and write a message of condolence.  These will continue to be available until 9am on Tuesday.

Events to commemorate the Queen at St Helen’s Church:

  • Civic Service on Sunday 18th September, 4pm – 5pm
    All are welcome at the short service of thanks giving and remembrance,
    (please note that Kids Worship is cancelled)
  • Public Screening of the Queen’s Funeral on Monday 19th September
    Would you rather not watch the service alone at home?  Join us in St Helen’s Church from 10:45am when we will be showing the funeral service using the screen in the Chancel.
    (please note: we are not showing the procession to Windsor.)
