The APCM offers you a report on Church activities in 2020 and the Financial Statements for that year. These will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.

There are vacancies for election to the PCC. We are a group of people who seek to promote the work and mission of St. Helen’s and St. Peter’s for the benefit of the wider community as well as for our own congregation. If anyone would be interested in finding out more about the role (the duties of which need not be onerous), do please contact any current PCC member or our Secretary, Stephen Wilson: Phone: 01727 863490 Email:

Remembering HRH Prince Philip

There will be two invitation-only Civic services in the diocese in the presence of Lords-Lieutenant to remember in prayer the Duke of Edinburgh and the Royal Family. Both services will be streamed and available for viewing afterwards.
There will be a 15-minute toll of our half-muffled tenor bell at 2.45pm on Saturday 17th April at St Helen’s Church. This will be followed by a one minute silence before the start of the ceremonial royal funeral in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, at 3pm.
The Church of England has opened an online condolence book. This is open to any individual who wishes to sign and record a message – please click here if you wish to add your condolences. To read messages that others have left, please click here.
