Our Building Project Appeal – Update
We have had a wonderful start to the fundraising to build an extension with modern toilets and baby-change, and a new level access entrance at the West Door.
After the first two weeks of the appeal it has already raised £118,000, more than a third of the target of around £320,000. We had over £28,000 of legacies and donations before the appeal launched. The first two weeks brought generous donations of £39,000 with an additional £9,000 in Gift Aid; in addition there were pledges to donate a further £40,000.
A big thank you for the generous donations so far. Donations can still be made
up to £100 online, via the contactless device in St Helen’s or by scanning the QR code below
over £100 by bank transfer to Wheathampstead PCC, sort code 40-52-40, account 00099644, ref: Building Project
