Volunteers needed for careers morning
Beech Hyde School
Thursday 27th June, 10am-12pm

Each careers volunteer will be sat at a desk in the school hall.Children, aged 8-11, will interview the career mentors, speed dating style. These are the questions the children will ask :
  • What does a _________ do?
  • What do you enjoy about it?
  • How do you become a _________?

Community Larder 2024
This summer holiday, we are providing free food to those in need in the community. In order to provide a more friendly welcome. anyone who visits the larder will be helped by a volunteer from St Helen’s Church and there will be games and crafts for children and refreshments available.  The larder will be open on Tuesdays, 10am – 12pm at St Helen’s Church.

The Hardynge Choir which rehearses in St Helen’s School, has a concert coming up right here in Wheathampstead.  Music for a (hopefully) summer’s evening. Tickets online or on the door.
 

St Helen’s Fellowship
MEN AND WOMEN welcome at St Helen’s Fellowship! Programme below. Unless otherwise stated all meetings are held in The Mead Hall between 2.45 and 4.15 pm. The cost is £2 per week and 50p for transport if required. Anyone who would appreciate a lift to meetings, please ring Gill Gwinn who will be able to tell you if we can help with this. Thanks.
