Our Midweek Catch Up – this week we chat with Brian & Margaret Pearce
Prepare yourself for the joy that is… Messy Church @ Home!
Mid-week Catch Up with The Pearces
This week we check in with two long-standing members of St Helen’s, Margaret & Brian Pearce. We find out how the experience of shielding has been for them both, what it’s like to have a family member on the front-line of the NHS and the part the church continues to play in their life, despite the Lockdown.
This weekend we are launching something special…
In an upgrade to our usual Families Email & Video the team has put together a (literally) “all singing & dancing” St Helen’s Messy Church @ Home service.
Messy Church @ Home
On receiving the email, you will be able to access an extended video, capturing some of the most beloved ingredients of Kids Worship/Messy Church, including:
Games and challenges
Bible story for all ages
A craft demonstration
Creative Prayer
Songs
(complete with a large cast doing the actions!)
The idea is that families can join in with the interactive elements at a time
that suits them over the weekend AND THEN, on Sunday afternoon, at 3.30pm we will hold a Messy Zoom Gathering,so that children can share what they’ve been making/doing in their own Messy Church @ Home.
To join the Zoom:
